1. Bookings and Payments
All prices are subject to confirmation before publishing. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, with the balance due according to the schedule provided at booking. Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or supplier changes.
2. Itineraries
Itinerary details are provided in good faith and may be adjusted due to local conditions, sanctuary schedules, religious-calendar changes, group arrangements, and current operating procedures. Marian shrine activities (such as baths, ceremonies, Masses, and processions) are subject to sanctuary schedules and local availability.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies and any applicable refund schedules will be provided at the time of booking. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of cancellation.
4. Travel Documents
You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents for your destination.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in our pilgrimage packages. We can assist you by offering insurance options upon request so you can choose the coverage that best fits your needs.
6. Liability
HLG7 — Holy Lands Global acts as an organizer of pilgrimage travel and is not liable for unforeseen events, acts of third parties, or circumstances beyond our control.
